• Translate studio goals into actionable plans and lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives
• Improve workflows and processes across teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in operations, production, program management, consulting, or startup leadership roles
• Experience in a game studio or creative production environment preferred
• Experience directly supporting executives or leadership teams
• Proven ability to plan strategically and execute tactically
• Proactive, self-directed, and reliable with a team-first mindset
