Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as strategy, consulting, or business operations
• Demonstrated experience in building operating cadences and accountability systems
• Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Analytical fluency with a comfort in using data for decision-making
