Chief of Staff

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff for Global Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the President of Professional Services is connected with employees and customers through strategic engagement initiatives
• Manage external communications and thought leadership in collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Communications
• Oversee customer participation in major events and coordinate engagement follow-up actions across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a strategic leadership role within a global software or consulting organization
• Familiarity with the mechanics of a services business
• Proven ability to manage complex administrative and operational tasks
• Deep competency in Salesforce applications and virtual collaboration tools
• BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
