Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to drive strategic and operational alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic planning, quarterly OKR refreshes, and company-wide business reviews
• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Oversee the company's operating cadence and implement frameworks for tracking performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence
• Experience in scaling organizations through major growth inflection points is preferred
• MBA or advanced business education is a plus
