Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic or analytical role
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in healthcare
• Management consulting background from a top-tier firm strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top program is a bonus
• Strong data analysis capabilities with proficiency in relevant tools (Excel, Looker, SQL, etc.)
