Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of company-wide metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency
• Lead special projects from concept through execution in a fast-moving startup environment
• Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and scalability

Required Qualifications

• MBA with 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or similar analytical roles
• Experience with B2B enterprise software or high-growth technology companies is preferred
• Intellectual curiosity and high ownership mentality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience in facilitating communication across the organization
