Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the hybrid contract Chief of Staff will manage finance and HR functions, oversee operational processes, and drive market activation while ensuring compliance and scalability in maternal health initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational priorities
• Manage HR services, ensuring smooth payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
• Lead market activation efforts, coordinating across teams to ensure timely entry into new markets

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in operations, chief of staff, strategy, or healthcare administration
• Demonstrated experience in payer operations, Medicaid managed care, or value-based contracting
• Experience managing finance functions and holding teams accountable to deliverables
• Experience overseeing HR services, including vendor management and compliance
• Familiarity with multi-state regulatory environments in healthcare
