Chief of Staff

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-driven consultancy, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff will manage internal AI tools, transition experimental workflows into scalable programs, and enhance operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine internal AI workflows, treating the company as the first customer of its technology
• Transition AI initiatives into robust, company-wide programs with necessary documentation and training
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks related to the CEO and CTO to ensure operational resilience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech roles such as Chief of Staff, Product Management, or Engineering
• Proven ability to build and manage complex, cross-functional programs from inception to execution
• Strong systems thinking skills to optimize chaotic processes
• Technical literacy in AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
