Job Summary

As a full-time Chief of Staff to the Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing & Mobility, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, drive strategy execution, and lead AI transformation initiatives while fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the CVP, representing their goals and managing key partnerships
• Oversee business operations and establish the rhythm of business, ensuring continuity and governance
• Lead strategy execution by translating high-level goals into actionable plans and managing organizational health initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, or operations management
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience in strategy execution and project management
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations
• Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and revenue performance
