Job Summary

To drive the overall commercial strategy of a rapidly growing company in the mental health and wellness sector, the full-time remote Chief Of Staff will oversee sales, marketing, and business development functions while developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with long-term goals
• Oversee the sales team, setting objectives to achieve growth targets and building client relationships
• Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and optimize the client journey

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful commercial strategies
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
