Chief of Staff

Job Summary

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Delivery Officer, this full-time remote position will manage the operating rhythm of the organization, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with business line leaders to enhance operational efficiency and support growth in a fast-paced healthcare delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cadence of quarterly planning, KPI tracking, and executive performance reviews for the Delivery organization
• Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects across multiple business lines while resolving cross-functional roadblocks
• Act as a trusted advisor to business line leaders, applying process-improvement methods to standardize and scale operations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related service-delivery organizations
• Operational oversight experience, including designing workflows, dashboards, and KPIs
• Direct experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or population health programs
• Strong skills in KPI development and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP preferred
