Chief of Staff

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time hybrid Chief of Staff will manage studio operations, support portfolio companies, and facilitate relationships with partners and investors at One Health Studio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain real-time oversight of progress across concepts and portfolio companies, ensuring accountability and coordination with shared services
• Provide operational support to portfolio companies during incubation, including onboarding and resource connections
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), helping them navigate resources and resolve operational challenges

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in venture studios, startup operations, consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Strong systems thinking ability to translate strategy into scalable execution
• High agency with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
• Proficiency with AI tools and a genuine interest in health, biotech, or venture
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with minimal oversight
