Job Summary
Partnering directly with the CEO, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff will drive critical business priorities, manage enterprise-wide initiatives, and enhance operational performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO across high-priority initiatives
- Drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, including platform consolidation and go-to-market transformation
- Lead the company's operating cadence, including executive reviews and KPI tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of leadership or operating experience in enterprise technology or software businesses
- Proven experience leading a business unit or managing a significant function within an enterprise software organization
- Strong background in enterprise software, ideally within private equity-backed companies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
