Chief of Staff

Job Summary

To drive the company's critical business priorities, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff will partner directly with the CEO, focusing on strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO across high-priority initiatives
• Drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives and lead the company's operating cadence
• Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks and support commercial execution through improved pipeline management

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading a business unit or managing a significant function within an enterprise software organization
• Strong background in enterprise software, ideally within private equity-backed companies
• Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional execution and operational transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership or operating experience in enterprise technology or software businesses
