Chief of Staff
Job Summary
To support a pivotal phase in the company, the full-time remote Chief of Staff will partner directly with the CEO to optimize product execution, leverage data for strategic insights, and manage high-impact special projects, driving accountability and operational rigor across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the product operating system to ensure effective execution of the CEO's vision
- Leverage data to build a quantitative understanding of product growth and guide strategic priorities
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by managing leadership team dynamics and driving execution on critical projects
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, product operations, BizOps, or consulting roles
- Proven ability to develop and implement dashboards and operating systems
- Experience within a product organization, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle and metrics
- Quantitative mindset with the ability to analyze data independently
- Demonstrated capability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
