Chief of Staff, AI & Data Science

Job Summary

Serving as Chief of Staff to the VP of AI & Data Science, the full-time remote position will manage strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment while supporting departmental priorities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution on departmental priorities and coordinate yearly planning activities, including portfolio strategy and budgeting
• Manage day-to-day execution of departmental strategy, facilitating leadership meetings and tracking key initiatives
• Support organizational operations by managing the internal AI & Data Science portfolio and driving internal communications and engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4+ years of strategic planning, business operations, or consulting experience, or equivalent experience with a Master's or Bachelor's degree
• MBA or advanced degree in strategy, management, or related field preferred
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, or AI/data-driven organizations
• Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and communication skills
• Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and operating with agility
