Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff and Director Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a thought partner to the SVP and help drive execution across the organization
• Partner with stakeholders to execute key strategic initiatives for the SVP
• Define and execute staff meetings, communications, and organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience with 3+ years at a manager level
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a technology-related field
• Proven track record in operational roles translating executive priorities into actionable plans
• Experience with Business Operations, Planning, and Business Transformation
• MBA or advanced relevant degree preferred
