Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Care Transformation & Customer Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operating system for the Care Transformation team, including meeting rhythms and decision logs
- Provide real-time visibility to leadership through dashboards and trackers, ensuring they are informed of account health and team progress
- Act as a liaison between Care Transformation and Marketing, ensuring timely communication and resource availability for customer-facing teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, enablement, or customer success within a high-growth B2B or healthcare tech environment
- Proven ability to build operational systems from scratch
- Familiarity with health system sales cycles and enterprise post-sale relationships
- Operational literacy, including managing dashboards and budgets independently
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and anticipate needs proactively
