Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Care Transformation & Customer Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operating system for the Care Transformation team, including meeting rhythms and decision logs
  • Provide real-time visibility to leadership through dashboards and trackers, ensuring they are informed of account health and team progress
  • Act as a liaison between Care Transformation and Marketing, ensuring timely communication and resource availability for customer-facing teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, enablement, or customer success within a high-growth B2B or healthcare tech environment
  • Proven ability to build operational systems from scratch
  • Familiarity with health system sales cycles and enterprise post-sale relationships
  • Operational literacy, including managing dashboards and budgets independently
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and anticipate needs proactively
