Job Summary

To support the Chief Data Officer, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff, Data will manage operational frameworks, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance cross-functional alignment in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the CDO Org operating rhythm, including the review of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee strategic and operational planning for the CDO organization, ensuring effective management of the team and visibility into results
• Facilitate strategic meetings and represent the CDO in cross-functional projects, advocating for alignment with company strategy

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years in a business or executive management role
• In-depth experience driving results in a Data organization
• Experience defining and driving top-level strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Proven track record of a data-driven approach to complex decision-making
