Chief of Staff, Data Center Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Data Center Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP, supporting strategic decision-making across global programs
• Own and manage the rhythm of the business, including performance reporting and risk management
• Develop executive-ready materials and act as a liaison between the VP and senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in data center delivery or large-scale infrastructure programs
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• High judgment and discretion to operate effectively at the executive level
