Job Summary
As the Chief of Staff for Marketing, the full-time remote position will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, aligning priorities, driving cross-functional execution, and managing operational cadence to translate leadership vision into measurable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and optimize the operating cadence across Marketing, Sales, and Product organizations
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Draft executive communications and facilitate leadership meetings to enhance executive efficiency
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with at least 2+ years in a Chief of Staff or related role
- Deep understanding of software go-to-market models and sales processes
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from ideation to execution
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across corporate dynamics
- Ability to transform raw data into strategic narratives with excellent presentation skills
