Job Summary
As a strategic force-multiplier for the Global Head of Presales, the full-time remote Chief of Staff for Presales will manage cross-functional alignment, drive execution of strategic initiatives, and support leadership communications within the Solutions Engineering organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Presales leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure organizational priorities are effectively communicated and executed
- Draft executive communications and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity across regions
- Run triage processes for decision support, providing synthesized insights and managing escalations within the organization
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in a senior role within a global enterprise SaaS or technology organization
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Experience in or closely working with Presales, Solutions Engineering, or GTM field organizations is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception through execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in executive communications, including all-hands presentations and cross-functional messaging
