Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and organizational alignment, the full-time Chief of Staff, Fusion Sales will serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Fusion Sales, managing cross-functional initiatives and preparing executive-level communications while working remotely or from various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Design and improve the operating cadence for the Fusion Sales organization, ensuring effective leadership discussions and decision-making
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, aligning senior leaders on priorities and driving execution from concept to implementation
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, sales operations, consulting, finance, or Chief of Staff roles
- Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leaders and influencing decision-making across complex organizations
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior executives and multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured action
- Experience creating executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives
