Chief of Staff, Health Partnerships

Job Summary

To support strategic health partnerships, the full-time Chief of Staff, Health Partnerships will manage customer relationships, lead complex programs, and create executive-ready materials while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships end to end, ensuring priorities and workstreams stay on track
• Lead complex customer programs by translating goals into clear strategies and plans, driving execution across teams
• Create executive-ready materials, including presentations and roadmaps, for C-suite audiences

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4-7+ years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or technology, with experience in a chief of staff or customer-facing role
• Proven ability to create structured, executive-ready plans from ambiguous direction
• Strong slide creation and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executives
• Comfortable interfacing directly with customers and senior stakeholders
