Job Summary
As a high-impact individual contributor, the full-time Chief of Staff, Managed Services will manage the operational cadence of the President's office, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, and serve as a key thought partner in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the operating rhythm of the MSO Executive Office, preparing materials for leadership meetings and ensuring effective communication of priorities
- Lead and advance cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing project execution and tracking milestones across departments
- Develop and present executive-level analysis and communications, producing high-quality written and visual materials for senior leadership
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or high-impact operational roles
- 5+ years of experience as a chief of staff in executive operations within a healthcare or complex services organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in executive communication tools including PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
