A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to CEO, Medicare Advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic proxy and decision-making partner to the CEO
• Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and own the strategic roadmap
• Drive cross-functional execution and build operating systems for effective decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in elite operating environments such as Chief of Staff roles or top-tier consulting
• Experience as a builder and systems thinker with a focus on operational scalability
• Fluency in AI and its application to enhance execution and leverage
• Ability to prioritize rapidly in ambiguous environments and influence without authority
• Healthcare or Medicare Advantage experience is a plus but not required
