Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of OPS NAM - Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as second-in-command to the Head of Operations and backfill Plant Managers as needed
• Drive financial and operational KPIs across North America
• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives using Lean, Engineering, and Project Management methodologies

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and teams without direct authority
• Solid financial acumen, including budgets, capex, and operational cost drivers
