Chief of Staff Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff Strategy Operations Director VP.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CEO & Board vision into priorities, OKRs, and execution plans
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and operating cadence
• Prepare CEO for board, investor, and key stakeholder engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years supporting CEOs/Founders in fast-scaling SMBs
• Experience scaling a 100-300 person company (ideally more than once)
• Board-level confidence for meetings, materials, and confidentiality
• Strong understanding of D2C customer acquisition, eCommerce, and digital marketplace
• Passion for eLearning, online training, or health and wellness sectors is a plus
