Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives within Patient and Provider Services, the full-time Chief of Staff - Patient Services will provide leadership, manage critical projects, and collaborate with senior leadership while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and guidance to critical strategic initiatives across Patient and Provider services organizations
- Owns and enforces the enterprise operating cadence, including LT agendas and executive reviews
- Coordinates with leaders across the organization to create better alignment with business partners and functional areas
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated experience in leading people
- 8+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, consulting, or operational leadership roles
- Experience successfully translating a vision into implementation and results at an enterprise level
- Deep understanding of strategy, operations, reporting, and forecasting
