Chief of Staff, Product

Job Summary

To support the strategic growth of the Product team, the remote Chief of Staff, Product will manage leadership rhythms, co-own people processes, and curate the external product narrative while driving AI enablement initiatives and ensuring effective headcount and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run product leadership team meetings, including agenda architecture and decision capture
• Co-own hiring and performance processes with HR, addressing structural risks proactively
• Drive AI retooling initiatives and curate the external product narrative through various communication channels

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy or as a Chief of Staff to a senior product or engineering executive in a high-growth tech environment
• Proven experience managing people processes at scale in fast-paced organizations
• Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize narratives and draft executive communications
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of product metrics and financials
• Ability to operate with influence across senior leaders in various functions without direct authority
