Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff in Product and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPTO on prioritization and decision support, synthesizing tradeoffs and presenting options
• Own executive communications by drafting presentations and preparing the CPTO for engagements
• Coordinate the development of new strategic programs and manage the leadership operating rhythm

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, product, or engineering leadership roles
• Experience supporting C-level executives, ideally as Chief of Staff or in a similar role
• Proven ability to design and operate executive meeting cadences and governance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority
