Job Summary
To drive cross-functional alignment and operational execution, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff, Sales will support the Senior Vice President of Americas New Business by managing strategic initiatives, facilitating collaboration among teams, and ensuring accountability across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Translate the SVP's vision into actionable priorities and track strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive briefings and reports to support informed decision-making
- Lead strategic projects and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field
- Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a senior leadership support role within a revenue-focused organization
- Strong project and program management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in complex environments
- Experience supporting senior executives and navigating highly matrixed organizations
