Chief of Staff, Security

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Security Customer Engineering leadership team, the full-time Chief of Staff, Security will manage executive cadences, drive communications plans, and oversee strategic initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate executive cadences and align them with business activities across CE operations
• Drive internal and external meeting preparation, including briefing document development
• Lead communications plans and recognition programs, executing newsletters, announcements, and presentations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on program management
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems impacting business outcomes
• Exceptional executive communication skills and experience developing materials for executive audiences
