Chief of Staff, Strategy Leader

Job Summary

To advance the Principal Owner channel's strategy and execution, the full-time remote Head of Strategy, Integration, & Performance (Chief of Staff, Principal Owner Channel) will manage cross-functional alignment, drive business performance, and enhance organizational effectiveness while collaborating with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of coordination across channel leadership, sales, product, marketing, and operations
• Lead strategic growth initiatives and enhance visibility into business performance by identifying trends and opportunities
• Improve operating models and drive adoption of tools and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformations
• Strong knowledge of advisor distribution, wealth management, and field operations
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience developing performance management frameworks and utilizing analytics for business outcomes
