Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Strategy & Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and operationalize strategic imperatives
• Design and evolve the operating model for Strategy & Ops, ensuring integration into strategic planning
• Serve as a liaison between teams and support decision-making for the SVP

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience managing executive-level operations or complex programs across multiple functions
• Proven success in managing high-visibility initiatives in evolving organizational environments
• Prior work with executive leadership or strategy teams is strongly preferred
• Deep alignment with the company's mission and values
