Job Summary
Supporting the Chief Administrative and People Officer, the full-time Chief of Staff to CAO will manage the office's operating cadence, drive People strategy execution, and develop executive materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the CAO office operating cadence, including agenda-setting and action tracking
- Run the People function Business Management System (BMS) and coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Develop executive and Board-ready materials on People topics, synthesizing complex information into insights and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10-15+ years of experience in strategic consulting, People/HR strategy & operations, or Chief of Staff roles
- Demonstrated ability to run operating mechanisms and deliver high-impact presentations for executive audiences
- Strong fluency across core People domains and comfort partnering with Legal/Employee Relations
- AI fluency with experience in embedding AI into operating workflows to improve outcomes
