Chief of Staff to CRO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment across the Revenue organization by partnering with the CRO
• Translate the CRO's priorities into structured workstreams with clear milestones and success metrics
• Build and manage the operating cadence to ensure effective execution of business operations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and program leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to support and act as an extension of a senior executive
• Proven experience in driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
• Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market motions is a strong plus
