Chief of Staff to CRO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate revenue strategy into clear priorities and action plans across the Sales leadership organization
• Own execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and establish tracking mechanisms for strategic goals
• Act as a central integrator across various teams to drive alignment and serve as a communication bridge

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth environment
• Experience operating at the executive level, supporting a CRO, CCO, or COO
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution
• Strong operational and project management capabilities with experience in building scalable processes
• High level of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information
