Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CRO to translate revenue strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Oversee execution of high-priority initiatives and establish tracking mechanisms for strategic goals
• Act as a central integrator among various teams to drive alignment and facilitate communication

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth environment
• Experience supporting executive leadership, particularly a CRO or equivalent
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution
• Strong operational and project management skills with a history of building scalable processes
• Analytical skills to synthesize data into clear recommendations and narratives
