Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, driving high-priority operational initiatives across various departments
• Convert high-level vision into actionable execution plans, ensuring accountability and resource alignment
• Drive the completion of special projects and maintain organizational velocity as a proxy for the CRO

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or BizOps within a high-growth environment
• Firm grasp of key performance indicators driving revenue functions
• High proficiency in translating complex data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives
• Exceptional project management skills in fast-paced environments
• Deep experience within the SaaS ecosystem, preferably in Go-To-Market organizations
