Chief of Staff to CRO

Job Summary

To support the Chief Revenue Officer, the full-time Chief of Staff to CRO will drive strategic alignment and operational execution across the Revenue organization, focusing on AI-enabled initiatives and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO to set and refine Revenue priorities, ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams
• Identify and drive AI initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement within the Revenue organization
• Translate the CRO's strategy into structured work streams with clear milestones and success metrics for effective execution

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to act as an extension of a senior executive with strong judgment
• Proven track record of driving alignment and execution across complex, cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and create structured plans
• Understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions is a strong plus
