Chief of Staff to CTO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to develop and execute the technology organization's strategic vision and roadmap
• Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Manage the technology organization's budget and facilitate communication between the CTO and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role within a technology organization
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making facilitation skills
• Experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs within a technology organization
• Experience in an Agile software development environment is a plus
