Chief of Staff to CTO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Technology to drive execution and operational rigor across the Engineering and Data Science organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution and operational excellence by translating the CTO's priorities into clear initiatives
• Ensure timely progress of key projects across Data Science and Engineering while managing operational cadences
• Provide strategic and analytical support to inform decision-making and prepare executive materials for leadership discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers and data scientists
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
