Job Summary
Serving as a strategic right-hand to the Chief Customer Officer, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff to Customer Officer will orchestrate the execution of strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring efficient progress across the U.S. business while coordinating cross-functional teams both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual planning process and align business unit plans with enterprise objectives
- Oversee and drive execution of high-priority initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
- Act as a proxy for the CCO in leadership forums, facilitating data-driven decision-making and maintaining communication across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or marketing leadership roles
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with senior executives on strategic decision-making
- Background in top-tier consulting or corporate strategy functions is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and deliver measurable business results
