Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leadership to drive strategic priorities and improve organizational effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership and timelines
• Build and maintain operating rhythms for the Engineering organization, including planning cadences and leadership meetings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, program management, strategy, or a similar role
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth technology company
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in evolving environments
