A company is looking for a Chief of Staff VP Operations Marketing Advertising eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CEO & Board vision into priorities, OKRs, and execution plans
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and operating cadence
• Prepare CEO for board, investor, and key stakeholder engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years supporting CEOs/Founders in fast-scaling SMBs
• Experience scaling a 100-300 person company with at least 2+ examples
• Strong understanding of D2C customer acquisition and retention
• Background in digital marketplace, performance advertising, and eCommerce
• Degree or MBA required
