Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Board of Directors and executive leadership in executing the organisation's strategic roadmap
• Monitor the progress of key initiatives and ensure accountability across departments
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives requiring executive-level oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
• 7-10+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, corporate leadership, or executive support roles
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or crypto-asset environments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to operate at senior executive or board level
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and organisational leadership
