Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to run the operating engine and partner with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operating performance and translate company strategy into actionable plans
• Oversee key functions including Customer Success, Customer Support, Finance, and Commercial execution
• Drive organizational design, performance management, and scalability of operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a former COO, GM, SVP Ops, or equivalent with P&L ownership
• Proven track record in scaling organizations through growth and complexity
• Strong business and financial judgment
• Experience working with boards, investors, and M&A processes
• Comfortable making hard trade-offs and driving accountability
