Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (PT).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring transparency with the CEO, staff, and board
- Manage Human Resources policies and organizational culture, ensuring equitable and inclusive practices
- Develop and execute operational strategies and administrative systems in collaboration with the CEO and management team
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in operations, business, or finance
- 10-15+ years of experience in managing finances, operations, and human resources, preferably in a non-profit setting
- 10+ years of experience leading teams
- Proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
