Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, project management, and potentially finance, HR, IT, and legal functions
• Identify opportunities for operational, creative, and financial performance improvement
• Partner with executive leadership to implement transformation strategies and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in marketing agencies, with a focus on creative and/or social agencies
• Experience in rapidly growing agencies, ideally in the 50-200 person range
• Proven ability to partner with founders and lead teams
• Expertise in project management, staff planning, and financial planning & analysis
• Familiarity with legal issues and best practices in a creative agency setting
